It is a high season for "Prince de Bretagne" endives and Carmine.

With daily intake of about 50 tons.

The brand "Prince de Bretagne" will offer approximately 7,000 tons of endives  this season. The season began in October, production is ramping up to reach at the moment contributions of around 50 tons per day.

Endive "Prince de Bretagne" is grown by 30 producers located around Kerlouan Finistère (29), the second French production area since 1950. And always according to high quality requirements: a strict specifications respected by producers; a single grading and packaging station; systematic monitoring of batch reception in station, a second systematic control before shipping.

"Prince de Bretagne" offers a wide range that meets all needs:

 
- "Royal": carton 5kg, upscale,
- "Chicory Brittany", 1kg bag,
- "The Endive Prince" bag of 6 or 7 endives,
- Carmine: bulk package 2.5 kg and 300g trays.
