Isparta, world leader of roses

According to the General Director of the Union of Agricultural Cooperatives of gasoline sales and rose essential oil Isparta ( GÜLBIRLIK ) , in 2015 , Turkey has exported its products under the brand " Rosense " to many countries importers including Germany , China, Japan, the Arab Emirates, England, Austria, Denmark , Canada , Jordan , Dubai , Cambodia and Thailand.

Despite many competitors, 60 percent of world production is of roses in Isparta . Rose water is mostly popular with European, Asian and Middle East markets. It is therefore the driving product of the sector, followed by creams and removing lotions .

For 2016, the general manager Mr. Çelik expects global developments and prefers to refrain from any projection , which according to him would be premature.
