5th international artichoke congress

The 5th international artichoke congress will take place on 5-8 May 2002 in Tudela in Navarre, Spain. Several themes are planned such as production and farming, genetic and marketing among others added to technical visits. Today Spain grows artichokes on more than 20 000 hectares and ranks as the second most important growing country in the world.
