The Fruit Press Alliance: a new information network for the industry

The Fruit Press Alliance was founded in 2005 to bring together the world's leading fresh produce trade publications together under a common umbrella. The mission of this association is to promote closer ties between industry publications and to encourage the exchange of information for the benefit of the industry worldwide. A general meeting of the FPA took place on February 4th in Berlin, Germany. Members of this young association decided to cooperate closely through a common website www.fruitpressalliance.org, and to respond favourably to the invitation of the MacFrut show in Italy, where new memberships will be voted. The founding members of the FPA are: Informe Frutihorticola (Argentina) Fructidor International (France) Froutonea (Greece) Horticultura Internacional (Spain)
