Georges Plassat has changed direction from his predecessor to revive the brand.
Reducing costs, moving to local products in hypermarkets and rationalising the supply of groceries are some ideas discussed by Georges Plassat, the new CEO. During the presentation of results, he outlined his plan to revive the company.
His project seems to wipe the slate clean
of the decisions of his predecessor. Plassat George wants to return the convergence of brands. The idea of ??the previous team to use the Carrefour logo in all store from convenience stores to hypermarkets, is now considered harmful.
