GRAPE ATTRACTION, 5th edition of the International Congress of Seedless Table Grapes

The 10th edition of FRUIT ATTRACTION to be held from Tuesday 23 to Thursday 25 October in Madrid, will host the 5th International Congress of seed-free table grapes, GRAPE ATTRACTION, where professionals from the sector from Spain, Europe, Chile and South Africa, will present their vision of the current situation and prospects for the future.

 

 

 

GRAPE ATTRACTION will take place on Wednesday, October 24 at the IFEMA Fruit Forum 10, and will consist of several presentations and a round table. Analyzes of production and demand, technical and commercial challenges of production in Spain and Europe, points of view of producers and traders from South Africa and Chile.

 

 

 

GRAPE ATTRACTION is a biannual event held since 2010 and organized by APOEXPA, (Asociación de Productores-Exportadores de Frutas, Uva de Mesa y Otros Productos Agrarios) which represents the majority of producers and distributors of seedless grapes in Spain.

 

 

 

Spain produces 120 000 tonnes of seedless table grapes, about 90% of which come from the Murcia region and whose exports are mainly concentrated in the EU countries.
