International interest and increase in the number of visitors at FRESKON 2017

The 3rd edition of the FRESKON fair has just ended and the event has attracted increasing international interest, the number of professional visitors is up by 10%.

FRESKON 2017, deployed over 12,500 m², brought together 191 direct and indirect exhibitors from Argentina, Bulgaria, Greece, Spain, Italy, Poland, Cyprus, Iraq, Albania, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan and Canada. The show, according to the organizers, welcomed 4,000 people during these 3 days, an increase of 10% compared from the previous edition.
The buyers' program saw the participation of 120 companies from 20 countries which have established more than 2,500 B2B meetings with representatives of Greek companies and producers. These contacts pave the way for trade agreements. Strong participation also recorded for INTERNATIONAL KIWI CONGRESS where Greek and international speakers analyzed the current situation and future trends of the kiwi sector, which is of particular importance for Greece.
