Wal-Mart would be interested by the Nepal

Wal-Mart would be interested to invest in Nepal by entering into a joint venture with Nepalese shops.

 
A meeting was held in Kathmandu between the leaders of Wal-Mart and those of the Indian Ministry of Commerce in Nepal. According to the minister office , the U.S. distributor has shown much interest to enter into a joint venture with Nepalese shops.

 
By law, any retail chains with operations in more than two countries can be allowed to start a joint venture with a Nepalese society.

 
Wal-Mart formed a joint venture with Bharti Enterprises to form Bharti Wal-Mart in India.
