The United States remains the principal market for Peruvian grapes.
Peru’s 2025/26 table grape campaign is running ahead of last season in volume terms. Data from consultancy Inform@cción show exports reached 610,095 tonnes between September 2025 and January 2026, a 7.9% increase year on year.
Early shipments in September and October moved at a slightly slower pace, but volumes rose sharply toward the end of the calendar year. December registered the highest dispatch level of the season so far, exceeding 213,000 tonnes. November and January also posted solid gains compared with the same months of the previous campaign, confirming stronger mid-season flow.
With February, March and April still to ship, projections remain high. Industry estimates indicate total exports could move beyond 700,000 tonnes by campaign close, supported by steady demand and stable logistics execution.
The United States remains the principal market for Peruvian grapes. Other core destinations include the Netherlands, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Spain and Canada.
