Increase of grapes exports

Dessert grapes sector increases its exports.

First estimations of dessert grapes exports indicate an increase of volumes.

The iQonsulting company made its first estimation of dessert grapes exports for the 2010/11 season. Report indicates that Chile could reach 893 904 tons of exported dessert grapes.

That is about 11,9 % more than the last season. The strongest growth comes from varieties :

S. Thompson and Sugraone

- Flame Seedless.
