In Greece, the e-Fresh online supermarket is developing spectacularly. For 2018 the company has just announced a growth rate of 93%, a retention rate of 88% and a customer increase of 94%.
Launched in 2015, the e-Fresh online supermarket has been growing every year with double-digit growth rates. For 2018 its results are spectacular: growth rate 93%, loyalty rate 88% and increase of its clientele by 94%.
In 3 years the company has delivered more than 250,000 orders and now has more than 150 employees, managing a platform with 60,000 users to whom it offers 18,000 products including fresh products.
Its model is based on the use of technologies: automation, robotics and AI (artificial intelligence) that allow a processing time of orders of 4 minutes and a confirmed delivery within 3 hours of placing the order.
Serving the city of Athens and part of the Attica region, the company is planning further expansions.
