The 2010 edition of Biofach opened its doors yesterday.

After celebrating its 20th birthday last year, Biofach re-openned its doors yesterday in Nuremberg's exhibition center in germany. The show will take place from february 17th to the 20th. 

Biofach is the Organic event of the year. the show focuses on an extensive list of organic products such as of course fruits and vegetables, but also wines, oils, cheeses (and other dairu products), meats, make-up, and even clothes and candy. 

Along with Vivaness, the textile and peronnal car part of the show, Biofach welcomes last year 2,733 exhibitors from 119 different countries and 46,771 visitors (only 34% of which were german).
