Primeur shallot is brand new product that enriches the wide range proposed by Fleuron d'Anjou.
"Primeur", the term is a promise of freshness and new flavors after the winter months. Traditional shallots is one of those products that herald the arrival of summer. Harvested from mid-June, they invite to this renewal through a lighter summer cuisine, but rich in flavors.
Primeur shallot is a pinkish-white color characteristic of a freshly harvested shallots and more intense flavor of a shallot not yet dried for storage. As many assets as that Fleuron d'Anjou wishes to highlight to also explain or remind consumers the reason of this different "look" of shallots in early summer.
