Profile Products' horticulture business is expanding by the acquisition of Sunterra Horticulture, sphagnum peat moss producer

Profile Products, one of the world’s largest manufacturers and suppliers of horticulture substrates and other leading soil and vegetation management solutions, announced the acquisition of Sunterra Horticulture, professional-grade Canadian sphagnum peat moss producer.

The deal includes all Sunterra product lines with facilities in Saskatchewan and Manitoba, Canada. All employees of Sunterra will also join the Profile's team.

Now, by combining the industry-leading experience of both innovative players in the horticulture substrate market and expanding their product line, Profile will provide growers and blenders with a consistent and reliable supply of critical raw materials for their soil and media programs.
