The long season of California grapes has begun

 

California grapes are spring, summer, fall and early winter fruits. Although 60% of California grapes are harvested after September, the season is growing with new varieties, some earlier and some later.

 

 

This lengthening of the season allows California grapes to be present on the shelves most of the year. This presence leads to better identification by consumers and an upward trend for the volume of sales.
