T & G GLOBAL is the name adopted by Turners & Growers in 2014 to better reflect the global scale of the company founded in Auckland, New Zealand in 1897.
T & G GLOBAL, one of the largest producers in New Zealand, is celebrating its 120th anniversary this year. The company's history began in 1897 when Edward Turner launched a fruit trade. Since then, the company has steadily grown, reaching a global presence thanks to consistent growth practices, committed producers, valued customers and passionate employees around the world.
Another key factor in the company's development is innovation, such as the recent launch of Lotatoes ™, the first potato with reduced carbohydrate (-40%) and therefore calories, or new tomato ranges Under the trademarks Beekist and Ruby.
T & G achieved a turnover of NZD 872 million (USD 636 million) in 2016, an increase of 7% compared to 2015.
