All the world innovations in food and beverages are presented at ANUGA 2017.
The world's largest food and beverage fair is currently taking place in Cologne, Germany, with 7,400 exhibiting companies from 107 countries.
This 34th edition of ANUGA (7-11 / 10) focuses on new products and innovations. The ANUGA TASTE INNOVATION SHOW presents the 67 best selected products from more than 2,300 companies placed by 880 companies in the NEWS PRODUCTS database to provide a condensed overview, both for exhibitors and visitors.
In this selection, many "superfoods", smoothies less sweet, ready-to-eat with new packaging and new formats, soups with fruity flavors, various vegetable snacks. The coconut remains a strong trend (spreads, desserts, protein bars) and the flavored birch juice makes its entrance to the refreshing beverage department.
