Family Cash a promising new Spanish chain

Recognized as the cheapest in Spain, it already has 43 stores in the regions of Andalusia, Valencia and Zarragoza.

The Valencian hypermarket chain, Family Cash, has recently been distinguished as the cheapest in the country, as well as one of the 10 best rated chains in Spain according to a study by the Organization of Consumers and Users (OCU). Its stores have a sales area of 3,860 square meters on average, with sections of food and fresh cut, fashion, electrical appliances, bazaar, drugstore, perfumery and wine cellar. In addition, some stores, such as the future Tarragona center, have an adjoining cafeteria with an area of 300 meters.


Future Family Parc and Tarragona

The property of the future Family Parc under construction in Tarragona has announced as of February 28 the confirmed operators to date, representing an 80% occupancy rate. Planned for April 2025, it will have Family Cash establishments, a Family Energy gas station, Joma, MGI, Fitness Park, Tedi, JYSK and All of home. In this sense, LyC Consultores, the marketing company, continues to work to close two operators and a free standing

to complete the commercial offer. José Canet, the owner of Family Group has assured that this is one of the "most important projects of Family Group for this year with which we want to become a reference destination for all residents of Tarragona and surroundings".


The first center in Catalonia

With an investment of 14 million euros, Family Parc will be the first center of the Family Group in Catalonia. It will also have a storm tank, a pioneering initiative in the province, which will have a capacity of 1,000 cubic meters that will store the water coming from the rain to laminate and not saturate the general collector of the public canalization in case of possible torrential rains.
