Prim'land launches its season of green pepper
FJ | Primland
The season for sweet green pepper will begin on June 15 for a period of four months.
For the second consecutive year, PRIM’LAND continues its partnership with the "Group of the Basque Country Gardeners and Seignanx" and sells its sweet green pepper under the brand Biper Eztia®.
Sweet green pepper, Biper Eztia®, is grown using traditional and natural methods. Planted in April, sweet green pepper is grown in cold or heated greenhouse to encourage regular growth of pepper. A drip irrigation or sprinkler optimizes water intake.
Thin and elongated, green pepper Biper Eztia® is not hot (Level 1 on the Scoville scale). It can be eaten raw or cooked. It is perfectly digestible, low in calories and rich in vitamins B, B2 and C.
Green sweet pepper Biper Eztia ® is packaged in bag of 200 g (12 peppers on average per bag).
