The show "Tour du Jour" on the Tour de France will air from the Westland region, home of Rainbow Growers
"Tour du Jour" is a show that will take place this year from the Westland region.
Westland is one of the largest horticultural production areas, but cycling is star of "Tour du Jour" on RTL 4.
The popular show run daily during the three weeks of the Tour de France and last year the programme attracted 400,000 to 700,000
viewers.
This issue will also be an opportunity for local businesses such as the succesful Rainbow Growers, a cooperative of 23 growers that farm a hundred acres and sell tomatoes, eggplants, peppers and cucumbers.
