Russian State service has declined 100 tons of fruits and vegetables from Belorussia

According to the latest data, State veterinary and phytosanitary service of Russia has prevented re-exporting of approximately 100 tons of fruits and vegetables from Belorussia to other country via territory of Russia. Based on the recent information, starting from January 2015 transit transportation of fruits and vegetables will be allowed through particular border entry points only. This decision could be traced to numerous violations of support documentation processing and illegal importing of fruits and vegetables from European countries. Local officials report that  in most cases such kind of importing is organized under the guise of fruits and vegetables delivery from Belorussia.
