Under the name "Avocado and Mango, the Kings of the New Cuisine," AURUM organized a cooking show led by renowned nutritionist Aitor Sánchez, collaborator with media outlets such as TVE and RNE, and author of numerous books and articles on nutrition. The event also featured prominent chef Virginia García, who presented five exclusive recipes featuring AURUM avocados and mangoes as the main ingredients.
