The Congress will take place in Sermione on the shores of Lake Garda and will bring together the entire sector.

Whole tomato processing industry will meet for the 11th World Congress.

Sermione, a town situated on Garda Lake, halfway between Milan and Venice, will welcome the 11th World Processing Tomato Congress and 13th ISHS Symposium on the Processing Tomato.

Under the theme: "From the field to the consumer's plate: working together to shape the future of tomato-based products." There will be numerous and varied topics, renowned speakers will approach different aspects such as communication between operators, consumer future needs, know how improvment of the industry, the latest research on tomato production, transformation and nutrition.
