The market for grapefruit has remained difficult.
Demand has slowdown further due to the competition of season fruit, more present than last year.
Thus, winter origin sales remained very moderate even if they still manage to keep their lines.
Floridian operators had to decrease their prices in order to sell the available stocks and Israeli prices remained low.
In this context, Southern Hemisphere sales have remained very slow while available volumes were above last years levels.
Sales were particularly slow for Argentina while SAR has benefited from a little more activity thanks to wholesalers. Prices dropped down for Argentina and stabilized for SAR. However, both prices remain below the average level.
