A new range requires at least 3 years tests and must fit rigorous requirements.
After 3 years tests, the evaluation Committee approved new ranges of cauliflowers for the 2009/2010 campaign. This Committee is made up of growers and technicians from North Brittany.
They are selected upon minimum criterions fitting Prince de Bretagne requirements: whiteness, heart cover and weight.
With regard to winter productions, 15 ranges were accepted, of which Morgan and Vedis, two new ones.
About autumn productions, Anique joins Clapton and Kamis, which were accepted last year.
As to summer-autumn period, Korlanu is the new accepted range.
