MACFRUT DIRECT - Graziani packaging for all the Fruit and Vegetable sector and industry

Company that started over thirty years ago in the fruit and vegetable sector, with a small business, and that then has diversified over time, from the entrance of the three sons of the founder, today Graziani packaging is the largest Italian manufacturer - and among the top ones in Europe - of cardboard corners, and the only one able to offer the combination of angular / strapping.

The production accounts for over 90% of the turnover of the company, which now has more than 50 employees divided into two production plants, in Italy and Spain. It is a constantly evolving structure, as for product and organization. Stefano Graziani, Marketing Director, says that the company is considering the possibility of producing in Central and South America and Eastern Europe, where there are several important customers.

Exports exceed 50% of turnover - only two years ago it stood at 30%!

The set of products is such that, in addition to the big names of the fruit and vegetable sector who use Graziani - Chiquita in Ecuador and Costa Rica, Zespri New Zealand, Dal Monte, ... - even giants such as Ferrero, Ikea, Nestlé are part of the company's portfolio. There is a project involving Electrolux, just to mention another important name.

What to say more? In order to safeguard the packages of goods shipped worldwide, the cardboard corner, despite being an accessory item, is essential for the transport and the tightness of the packaging. And other products are suitable for many uses other than those originally designed.
