Situation of aubergine and capsicums in European market in mid-May 2009

Aubergine - the main Dutch crop is delivering quality, with only small amounts of Spanish now on the markets.

 

 

Capsicums - it has been moved supply from Spain back to Holland in line with the summer programme and the quality is excellent and availability is good. Only very limited Spanish is now being seen and only the green capsicums are delivering the quality.
