CAMPO Y TIERRA DEL JERTE plums for the first time exported to China.
CAMPO Y TIERRA DEL JERTE sent a first container of plums, variety Primetime, on 22nd of July. The first expedition reached the port of Shanghai on the 17th of August.
The fruit arrived in excellent condition, result of post-harvest innovations and constant investment in Research & Development of CAMPO Y TIERRA DEL JERTEY.
CAMPO Y TIERRA DEL JERTE already has a strong presence in international markets. About 80% of its production goes to foreign markets and Europe now accounts for 60%. After this first shipment of plums, CAMPO Y TIERRA DEL JERTE now awaits the approval protocol for cherries export to China whose company is one of the largest producers in Europe.
