Beautiful iceberg lettuce in Brittany (France)

What may have been a poor weather for tourisme this year, was perfect for growing iceberg lettuce. Low temperatures (18 to 20°C) may have kept those of you on vacation from visiting Brittany, but it transformed iceberg lettuces who usually weighted 650 to 800g into beautifull 1kg to 1.2kg lettuces. Brittany generally has a good weather for growing iceberg lettuces since temperatures rarely rise above 25 to 28 °C with just enough sunshine.
