Exports increased by 51.59%

The demand for sweet potatoes increases at world level and push up Peruvian exports.

ADEX (Asociación de Exportadores) indicates an increase of 51.59% of exports of sweet potatoes between January and March 2013. Half goes to the United States, but the demand of the United Kingdom and France is growing every month.

This constant increase in demand can be explained by the increase of preparations (snacks, drinks ...) made ??in the importing countries. As for ADEX if treatments were made ??in Peru that would double the profits. Peruvian companies should use this  food mode to increase the production and the processing of sweet potatoes.
