Shipments of frozen mangoes between weeks 44 and 48 totaled 3,725 tons, which means a reduction of -24.5% compared to the same period of the previous season.

The 2022/2023 mango season in Peru began in week 44, and, according to the Peruvian Association of Mango Producers and Exporters (APEM), exports of said fresh fruit up to week 48 totaled 18,218 tons, which means a contraction of -4% compared to the same period of the previous season.
This season, the main markets for fresh Peruvian mangoes are Europe with 9,833 T (11,465 T last season), the United States with 5,382 T (2,279 T), Canada 1,436 T (1,680 T), other destinations 1,567 T (3.558 T).
