New setting up for 7-Eleven

Chia Tai, the tai group, will expand its business in China by opening some 7-Eleven convenience stores. The group already holds 1 600 7-Eleven stores in Bangkok. Japan's third largest convenience store operator, FamilyMart Co., has said it will also build a network of 3 000 franchised stores by 2010.
