Another record year for the Port of Antwerp

The results of the Port of Antwerp for the first 6 months of the year are in line to achieve another record year.

 

 

The port of Antwerp handled a cargo volume of 108,317,922 tonnes in the first six months of the year, a higher total by 3.6% to the one established last year.

 

 

Regarding containers, the volume in tonnes reached 59,762,977 tons, an increase of 3.9%. This corresponds to a volume of 5,047,468 TEU processing units (TEUs), up by 4.4%.
