The re-construction of the Aartsenfruit site in Belgium has begun.
Aartsenfruit, a family ran fruit and vegetable importing/exporting company has opened its doors in 1907, and now has several different branches in Breda (NL), Venlo (NL), Enschede (NL), and Ste Katelijne Waver (BE).
After almost 90 years in the fruit and vegetable industry, Aarstenfruit decided to open up a branch in Ste Katelijne Waver, Belgium to better serve the Benelux area, and especially Belgium and the Luxemburg.
Since then, the ever-growing demand for fruit and vegetables has required them to have a bigger site in Venlo (which increased to 5000m² in 1999), and Breda (increased to 15000m² in 2004).
It is now time to build a larger branch in Belgium, and the reconstruction has started. The branch will now contain more office space, a larger warehouse, and a bigger sales area.
This reconstruction will almost double the current surface by bringing it to approximately 5000m². For more information visit www.aartsenfruit.be .
