Anecoop leads an initiative concerning the pomgrenade

Cooperate and make joint efforts to increase production and quality.

The aim is to encourage cooperation between different structures to standardize criteria and better meet the needs in terms of  varietal range and quality certifications. During a briefing day on the experimental field of Anecoop Museros (Valencia) , the project was presented. Collaboration agreement between various Spanish cooperatives for integration and technical assistance.

Spain is the first producer of pomegranates in Europe with 32,606 tons, 80% of Spanish production is concentrated in the province of Alicante. The development of production is an opportunity.
