France produces around 75,000 tons of prunes a year, with 3 large production: West (47%), East (20%), Southeast (15%).
A day National Meeting Prune is at Moissac.
This National Day, co-organized by the National AOP Plum CTIFL CEFEL and has the theme: "Meeting the challenge of quality and market."
The various interventions planned debate the global market, distribution and consumption, selections of varieties, new tools and techniques for conservation.
