The Pom’Alliance group based in Orly, France, has changed ownership and is now part of a LBO investment group. Eventhough the company has kept its name and identity, the old shareholders have sold their shares. A group of 5 Pom’Alliance SA employees is running the company. Mr. Marc Morellato is now the C.E.O., an is still based in Orly.
