Bahrain has imported F & V from 130 countries

In the first four months of the year, the Ministry of Imported Goods Control reported that Bahrain received 6,970 shipments of Fruits & Vegetables from 130 countries.

 

 

 

The Ministry in charge of the control and the conformity of the imported products indicated to have examined, in the ports of the kingdom during the first 4 months of this year, 7 960 shipments of agricultural products of which 6 790 concerned Fruits & Vegetables. These imports consisted of about 100 varieties of Frutis & Vegetables from 130 countries.

 

 

 

Last year, 35,000 shipments of agricultural commodities were received in Bahrain's ports, including 330,000 tons of Fruits & Vegetables.
