To strengthen its international positions, ANI wishes to acquire agricultural companies in China, in Hong-Kong and in Indonesia.
AgriNurture Inc (ANI) announced the acquisition of 2 Chinese companies which will extend the market.
AgriNurture Inc (ANI) is going to buy the Sunshine Supplies International Co company. Ltd and Xiamen Wantaixing Trading Corp for an amount of 2,5 million dollars.
Sunshine Supplies is marketing fruit and vegetables in Hong-Kong, Macao, China and export in Europe. Wan-Taixing is trading raw materials, food, cereal, and Cavendish bananas in China.
ANI is the first exporter of mangoes of the Philippines; these acquisitions will allow strengthening on the international stage by becoming in particular a new actor in the banana sector of China.
ANI indicated that he intends to acquire agricultural small and medium-sized enterprises in China, Hong-Kong and in Indonesia to continue to widen the market abroad.
