Dew Champs resumes Soram-Vitacroc company that is perfectly complementary to its activities.

The Cooperative of Producers vegetable dishes "Dew of the Champs" located in Doue la Fontaine (Maine et Loire) acquired on 1 July the society Soram-Vitacroc installed in Châteaurenard (Region Bouches-du-Rhône).

These two structures are complementary in terms of both production schedule and in terms of logistics and distribution of vegetable of 4th and 5th ranges.

"Dew of the Champs" operates on the 4th range market since 1986 and 5th range since 1996, selling a tonnage of 16,000 tons (40 million euros CA) majority on the market for French institutional and commercial catering .

Soram "Vitacroc" company founded in 1987 and located in Châteaurenard in the heart of vegetable areas of Provence, produced 5,200 tons in the fourth range (C. A 12 million euro), mainly by marketing in the region PACA, Languedoc Roussillon, Rhone Alps and eastern France.
