The first grape exports to Vietnam have started

The Murcia region has started the first table grape expeditions to Vietnam, which will continue during this 2020 campaign.

 

 

 

Last year test shipments were made. This year, at the same time as the start of this 2020 campaign, the first table grape expeditions to Vietnam began.

 

 

 

For this 2020 campaign, normal volumes are expected. May and June were very favorable for fruit development.

 

 

 

Murcia is in Spain the main autonomous community exporting table grapes with 104,468 tonnes in 2019 and 212 million euros in turnover. Or 70% of the national total. Much of this growth is due to the positive development of seedless varieties.
