Giumarra Represents New Line of Three Premium Nectarine Brands
US Giumarra’s DulceVida brand introduces new trio of premium nectarine: Sunrise Edition, Midnight Edition, and Twilight Edition.
New brands differ in appearance and taste from the different company’s nectarine varieties currently in commercial production in the San Joaquin Valley of California.
The new line of stone fruit varieties: ‘Twilight Edition’ – these nectarines have white flesh with frosted fuchsia skin, available mid-June through August; ‘Midnight Edition’ - these are yellow flesh nectarines with a dark, speckled skin, available also mid-June through August. For both varieties, the season will kick off with first shipments beginning the week of June 15. ‘Sunrise Edition’ – the third new nectarine with yellow flesh with rose red to deep berry exterior color. Available mid-July through August with first shipments beginning the week of July 15.

The company will offer the new line of brands in both high-graphic corrugated consumer boxes and plastic handled bags. The bags are available in 2-lb. options and the boxes in 2.5-lb. and 4-lb. options. The packaging for new nectarine represents the progression of a starry night from dusk to dawn, which correlates with the skin coloration of the different DulceVida varieties.
