Prices for celeriac remain high in Poland

According to the latest data, there is growth of demand for celeriac inside domestic vegetables market of Poland. This factor has led to price rise for this kind of vegetables. At the current moment prices for celeriac verify from 0,34 EUROkg  to  0,42 EUROkg. The price difference comparing to January 2014 figures comprises 25%. Due to local specialists, the main reason of price growth considered to be limited amount of celeriac available on polish vegetables market. Local market analysts  predict further growth of prices for celeriac but without sharp shifts.
