Agri Didon offers watermelons (varieties Sugar Baby and Crimson Sweet according to the period) and melon (cantaloupe varieties, Charentais Embroidered, Yellow Canary). The very early varieties are grown under heated greenhouses in hot geothermal water in southern Tunisia. Early varieties (Crimson Sweet type for watermelon and Yellow Canary for melon) are grown in unheated greenhouse and in open field under small tunnels in the central regions of the country, the harvest takes place between the third week of April and the first week of May. The export starts around May 10.

Watermelons and melons grown in greenhouses are usually exported in cartons on pallets. The varieties grown in the open field are exported in wooden boxes (Palox).
