Many events to celebrate Saint Patrick and Irish products

Bord Bia, Ireland's trade development and promotion agency, has organized numerous Saint Patrick's Day themed events in 18 countries around the world to showcase Irish produce.

"St. (Irish's national food and drink sustainability programme) overseas," said Jim O'Toole, CEO of Bord Bia.

.UK: Irish products showcased in Trafalgar Square at Mayor of London's event. It is a public event attended by more than 30,000 people each year.

.China: In association with 'City'super', importer-supermarket of Shanghai, event during 1 week in 4 physical and online stores.

.Europe: in Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, and in the Nordic countries, numerous events in more than 1,400 stores.

.Asia: in Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Japan, South Korea.
