Mayfresh, Capespan the new company in Turkey

The new company is owned by Mayfresh Capespan Continent NV at 50% , the other half being held by Turkish partners in this joint venture : Nese Coruk and Metehan Aslantas. 

Mayfresh may sourcing products in Turkey but also in all the neighboring countries of the Black Sea. Capespan will thus increase its supplies of goods and have direct access to neighboring markets of Turkey ( Black Sea , Caspian Sea , Mediterranean Sea ).

The joint venture in Turkey illustrates the strategy of Capespan . After its recent acquisitions ( Aspen Logistics in South Africa Good View Hong Kong) Capespan wants to strengthen its base of sourcing and conquer new markets. Turkey has an ideal location , the country is close to the European market and surrounded by dynamic emerging markets such as North Africa , Russia, the Balkans , the Middle East.
