CAAB partner of EXBO, the project for EXPO 2015 presented at SANA

Bologna and its region is mobilizing to EXBO, the project for sustainable agriculture.

Within the framework of the exhibition SANA (7-10 September), an international Convention on the subject to feed the world sustainably is expected . Throughout the world, alarm signals sound. The industrial agriculture makes environmental and human ravages, to this damage are now added the effects of climate change that begin to appear. It is time to rethink the food production and produce better.

Organic farming is the only appropriate response. The Convention will make overview of the models and experiments to a more sustainable agriculture. The fair is the springboard of organic farming for EXPO 2015 in Milan. Among the initiatives for the EXPO 2015, the EXBO project, conducted by Bologna and its region (including CAAB, Agroalimentare Centro di Bologna), which cover the quality of the food, environmental protection of biodiversities and agricultural lands. A harmonious development of the territory for the quality production, friendly environment and people.
