Shortage of fruits and vegetables

Some stores do not have enough organic products to cope with the demand.

According to several sources of information (websites, blogs, newspapers) distribution channels in the country are in a state of "shortage" for organic products. Everywhere (State of New Jersey, State of Colorado) consumers no longer find enough fruits/vegetables and eggs from organic agriculture.

The increase in demand (January is often the month of good resolutions) to healthy foods and problems entrained by the recent cold snap has caused a shortage. Especially cucumbers and strawberries.
