New markets as an alternative to the closure of the Russian market

The last meeting of the Working Group Fruits & Vegetables , held at the initiative of the Ministries of Economy and Agriculture began its work in exploring potential new markets.

Participants were informed of a report entitled " Analysis of commercial alternatives due to the closure of the Russian market." This report analyzes the various markets of third countries for Spanish exports.

A group of countries appear to meet the criteria ( purchasing power and / or increased demand ) that can take export volumes : Switzerland, Norway , Belarus , Ukraine , Moldova, Kazakhstan , and the Gulf countries . Brazil, too, with its growing demand represents a significant potential market.
