Increase in frozen yellow potato exports from Peru

Between January and November 2021, Peru exported 320,957 kilos of frozen yellow potatoes worth $ 755,753. This result is higher than all of 2020, when 209,235 kilos were exported for $ 553,380, according to the Agrodata portal.

The main destination of these supplies in 2021 was the United States, with placements for $ 536,680 (71% of total exports), followed by Chile with $ 102,107, Spain with $ 54,111, Italy with $ 15,079, Germany with $ 10,000, Canada with $ 8,049, Japan with $ 7,948 , Panama with $ 7,827 and other countries that together accumulated $ 13,952.
